Delight

I'm roaming around the kitchen wondering what I'm going to cook cause I'm super starving and just want to start getting dinner ready. Well found a pack of wings and some breading. I decided to make fried chicken. Yum!! I know everyone has a certain way of making fried chicken and believe me I've tried many ways. I came across this wonderful seasoning collection thta most Filipino's use for their dishes. It was quite simple since the breading was all in the packet.

Mama Sita Beading Mix - has some garlic flavor but really delicious. You can get this at any Asian grocery store or even a normal grocery store. It all depends on where you live. Cost about $1 a pack but it varies.

Defrosted the wings, washed them, and patted them dry. Covered them the Mama Sita breading mix and fried them in oil under medium heat.

And there you have it ladies and gents. Easy fried chicken!!!!
